Terms of Sales :

Allô VtC Vip Services is a Private Driver service offered by the company Allô VtC Vip Services.
Any order placed with the company Allô VtC Vip Services constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale (below). They are an integral part of the transport contract signed between Allô VtC Vip Services and its client.

PRICES :

The prices communicated by our booking module are our current prices.

The transfer rate applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the point of arrival, with the service ending immediately thereafter.

The amount of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT, 10% VAT on all our services.

Only the provision has a VAT  by 20%.

The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes and include the vehicle, the driver's service, insurance for the persons transported, fuel, tolls and parking lots.

Only the elements not foreseen in the journey remain the responsibility of the customer. (Restaurants, entry tickets ...)

The price given corresponds to a price per vehicle, regardless of the number of people.

Please note that all the photos communicated on our communication media (application - site - brochure, etc.) are for illustrative purposes and are not contractual.

A 20% price increase on the price including tax is applicable on Sundays and public holidays, as well as from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on all other days.

RESERVATION :  

CONCERNING PRIVATE TRANSPORT, BUSINESS, TRANSFER AND PROVISION

Any service must be the subject of a written reservation, accompanied by payment of the price of the proposed Service.

The price of the Service is payable in cash in Euros prior to the performance of the Service.

Any reservation of a Service must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the said service.

It must be carried out by the Client or by a duly authorized representative.

Any reservation must mention the place of performance of the Service, the number of passengers and the name and contact details of the beneficiary of the service if this is different from those of the Customer.

CONCERNING REQUESTS FOR PERSONALIZED QUOTATION, EVENTS, CONGRESS

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a quote corresponding to the items provided.

This quote, as part of a confirmation of the services, must be returned to us, dated, signed and accepted and returned by mail or e-mail, for the sake of respect for both parties.

The firm reservation of the vehicle for our services (PERSONALIZED QUOTATION REQUESTS, EVENTS, CONGRESS) will only be taken into account upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the price indicated on the estimate. The Balance to be paid 15 Days before the service. Regarding the transport of Tourism, Events, any cancellation by the customer must be notified 15 days before the start of the service.

For any reservation canceled less than 7 days before the service, 100% of the amount of the service will be charged. Reservations by agreement or otherwise will only be accepted for large accounts.

CANCELATION :

The cancellation terms are as follows:

    - 5 days before, TOTAL reimbursement of the service

    - Between 3 and 5 days before, 50% of the service will be due

    - Between 3 days and d-day, NO refund  

BENEFIT :  

The service is only valid once, and if it turns out that the customer was not present at the meeting place, the service would be definitively lost and will not give any right to reimbursement.

If the customer cannot find the driver, he must immediately call Allô VtC Vip Services to avoid being charged the full amount of the service.

Any wait, beyond a one-hour franchise, will be billed on the hourly basis mentioned in our rates for the category of the vehicle reserved.

Any overtime started will be due in full.

Any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer.

It is forbidden to smoke in the vehicle.

Wearing a seat belt is compulsory.

In any case, the customer may not require the driver to exceed the authorized speed limit or commit traffic violations.

The responsibility of our drivers being engaged during the period of rental of the vehicle, they are instructed to respect and ensure respect for the laws in force.

Allô VtC Vip Services reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the driver notices that the customer is committing an offense, for example the use of narcotics, alcohol but also if the behavior of the customers endangered the safety of the driver or that of the rented vehicles, or if the customers were insulting towards the driver.

DURATION AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE:

Unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Parties, the Service begins on the day and at the time fixed in the contract from the vehicle's parking place.

It ends on the day and at the time of the return of the Vehicle to the place of its departure.

The scope and cost of the Service have been freely determined between the company Allô VtC Vip Services and the Customer prior to the performance of the Service.

The Service provided by the company Allô VtC Vip Services as regulated by articles L.231-1 to L.231-4 and R.231-1 to R.231-9 of the Tourism Code, consists of a provision for the benefit of the Customer of a Vehicle, inseparably accompanied by the services of a Driver.

The following are thus notably included in the Service, without prejudice to the options defined with the Customer:

  • The Vehicle as made available to the Customer;

  • The provision of a Driver and speaking at least in French;

  • Insurance of persons transported, Fuel, Kilometers and time determined during the Reservation and / or when the contract is concluded;

  • The transport of the Customer's luggage, within the limits of the possibility of the vehicle.

Are not included in the Service:

  • the cost of tolls, parking, places of parking or entry into some places chosen by the Customer and / or made essential for the performance of the Service.

  • entry rights to public or other places chosen by the Customer and / or made essential for the performance of the Service.

  • entry fees to public places or other places.

MODIFICATION (S) DURING SERVICE:

Any modification of the route by the customer during the service and leading to changes in the program, may generate supplements to be paid on site or at the end of the service.

In case of modification of the route or its duration due to the ordering party, the driver will note them on his mission order and have them signed by the person in charge. In the event of a change in the duration or route due to the sole will of the principal, the costs incurred will be borne by the latter.

RULES:

Our services are payable when booking or to the driver AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SERVICE, when taking charge.

We accept payment by, Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Wire transfer or cash.

In all cases, the Customer, signatory of the reservation, is solely responsible for the payment of the Service.

Any additional service will be invoiced on the basis of a price per kilometer and at the time specified on the order form.

By express agreement, any pricing unit (hour, kilometer, etc.) started is due.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  

Allô VtC Vip Services can in no way be held responsible for delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control: road blocked, bridge prohibited to traffic, deviation, flooded road, traffic jams, interventions on the roadway by forces of police, customs or fire brigade, etc… (without this list being exhaustive).

Allô VtC Vip Services can in no way be held responsible for delays due to force majeure: strikes, weather conditions, attacks, riots, etc ... (without this list being exhaustive).

Allô VtC Vip Services can in no way be held responsible for delays directly resulting from an initial delay of a customer, or the need to make a trip, at the customer's request, within an obviously too short time.

If the vehicle is immobilized during the journey due to a mechanical failure, an accident or damage (theft, damage),

Allô VtC Vip Services  will endeavor to ensure the continuity of the route, either with one of these vehicles, or with a vehicle chartered to another company and undertakes to notify the principal.

Luggage or any other item owned by the customer remains the responsibility of the person transported.

The Driver is obliged to comply with the regulations applicable to the movement of vehicles within the framework of the performance of the Service. He will take the necessary measures to preserve the safety of the occupants of the Vehicle and the proper conservation of the latter.

Thus, the Driver expressly reserves the right to refuse any instructions and / or requests from the customer that he considers likely to compromise the safety of the occupants of the vehicle and / or the proper conservation of the latter.

The number of authorized passengers (including the Driver) is that appearing in the technical characteristics of the Vehicle. It can never be exceeded.

DAMAGES:  

Damage of any kind caused to the Vehicle and / or other vehicles (for example, during the untimely opening of the doors) will be the responsibility of the Customer unless it is demonstrated that they come from a third party. .

Vehicle occupants, employees, service providers and guests of the Customer cannot be considered as Third Parties.

The transport of animals is prohibited except in the case of animals accompanying people with a disability.

In the event that the Company is unable to make the Vehicle provided for in the contract available, the deposit will be refunded, unless the two parties agree on the provision of another vehicle.

The company reserves the right not to perform the service in the event of the occurrence of a case of force majeure, a fortuitous event, due to a third party or any event that may present a risk for the Customer, his guests, his attendants, the Driver or the Vehicle.

In this context, the total or partial non-performance of the service cannot give rise to any compensation from the Customer.

The Company is under no obligation to keep luggage, nor any other objects, goods, clothing, effects, etc. left in the Vehicle during and at the end of the Service.

INSURANCE:  

The responsibility of Allô VtC Vip Services is limited to the clauses of our insurance contract.

Our vehicles are insured for the transport of people and our travelers for all bodily injuries with our insurer ALLIANZ.

This insurance covers professional civil liability, in accordance with French regulations, in application of article L. 3120-4 of the transport code.

The principal will be free to take out additional insurance at his expense for cancellation costs, repatriation costs or cover for transported luggage, without this list being exhaustive.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:  

The company Allô VtC Vip Services undertakes to respect the privacy of its customers.

Personal information and other data communicated will not be used for any purpose other than improving the service provided and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.

POLICE AND SAFETY RULES:  

The vehicle and the driver will be provided with the on-board documents necessary for the smooth running of the entire transport.

In accordance with the law in force in all public places, it is strictly forbidden to smoke on board our vehicles.

In accordance with the provisions of the drinking establishments code, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles.

Wearing a seat belt is compulsory for all passengers in vehicles equipped with this equipment.
